Privacy Policy
What we collect
BasisLine collects information you provide directly: property data, financial records, account credentials, and user preferences. We also collect standard usage data (page views, feature interactions) to improve the platform.
How we use it
Your data is used to power the BasisLine platform — to compute portfolio analytics, generate AI insights, and surface relevant information. We do not sell your data. We do not use your financial data to train AI models.
Data storage
Data is stored in PostgreSQL on Azure infrastructure. Financial records and AI-generated insights are encrypted at rest. API keys and secrets are stored in Azure Key Vault, never in application configuration.
Third-party services
BasisLine uses Supabase (auth and database), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (transactional email), Sentry (error monitoring), and Anthropic/OpenAI APIs (AI insights). Each provider's data handling is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Your rights
You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@basisline.ai. Account deletion removes all personally identifiable information within 30 days.
